Information we use
- Your checkout email address, Stripe checkout or payment identifiers and payment status.
- A pseudonymous email hash and signed Premium-access cookie. We do not store your card details.
- Messages you send to customer support.
- Basic technical, security and server-log information produced when the site is used.
- Aggregate website usage and performance information, such as visits, page views, referring sites, device type and page-loading performance, provided through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Your draft position, recorded picks and squad state are saved locally in your browser. They are not added to your Premium entitlement record.
Why we use it
We use purchase and access information to perform our contract with you, unlock Premium, provide support and prevent abuse. We retain transaction records where necessary to meet legal, accounting and dispute-handling obligations. We use limited technical and aggregate analytics information for our legitimate interests in securing, operating and improving the service.
Who receives it
Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Cloudflare provides privacy-focused website analytics and states that Web Analytics does not track individual users across its customers’ websites. Our website hosting, database and security providers process limited information needed to run the service. These providers may process data outside the UK under their contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
- Premium entitlement and transaction records: for the season of access and, where required, up to six years afterwards.
- Support correspondence: normally up to two years after the matter is closed.
- Premium cookie: up to one year unless you clear it earlier.
- Locally saved draft state: until you reset it or clear your browser storage.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Email fpldraftwarroom@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or our providers change. The latest version and date will remain available here.
