Premium is a low-cost, one-off digital purchase that is supplied immediately after payment.

Change of mind
At checkout you expressly request immediate Premium access and acknowledge that the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right is lost once digital supply begins. We therefore do not normally provide refunds simply because you change your mind, stop using the service or make different draft decisions.
When we will help
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Contact us if Premium was not supplied, cannot be restored, is materially faulty or was materially misdescribed. We will first try to restore or correct access and will provide a refund or other remedy when required by law.
Duplicate or unauthorised payments
If you believe you were charged twice or a payment was unauthorised, email us promptly. Stripe may request information needed to investigate and protect the payment account.
Requesting support
Email fpldraftwarroom@gmail.com from the address used at checkout. Include the payment date and a short description, but never send full card details.
